Conde de Lagariños captures the essence of Ribeira Sacra, where terraced vineyards rooted in granite and slate defy the steep slopes of the Sil and Miño canyons. The Mencía grapes are carefully selected after a manual harvest and fermented at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks. After malolactic fermentation and a gentle clarification, the wine is bottled and allowed to rest patiently, letting its freshness, minerality, and the character of the landscape speak for themselves.
