It is produced with the Godello variety inside the DO Ribeira Sacra. Its production is limited in order to offer all the complexity and elegance of the grape.

The harvest is carried out manually and it is followed by the destemming.

The fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. We perform a demanding production in order to get a very special white wine.

Limpio y brillante. Color amarillo pajizo con ribete acerado.

Intensidad alta. Aromas a manzana, fruta de hueso (albaricoque) y f lores blancas.

Acidez media-alta. Equilibrado y glicérico. Con cuerpo y postgusto medio.
