Our Vía Romana Barrica joins the 12 month maximum step in French oak with the selection of our queen grape, being the Selection of Mencia wine the roundness of 24 months in deposit and 12 in magnum bottle.
It remains a minimum of 30 months inside stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature and another minimum of 9 months inside magnum type bottles before going to the market.
